“Being sustainable is a responsibility for all of us, creators and artists included; that is the reason why I’m drawn to haute couture and artisans, where it is not about mass productions but about the quality and durability of the products without the over-usage of materials.”
The young Dutch-Italian designer made the countryside of Emilia-Romagna her home, making her studies and past jobs in fashion and theater her steppingstones for her creativity and knowledge.
She combines her curiosity for the past and for the future with timeless feminine shapes while focusing on size inclusion, sustainability and sartorial tradition. She creates her garments using time-honored techniques and sources her materials locally and from quality deadstock.
Her made-to-measure and made-to-order clothing celebrates both the wearer and the maker.
